Dance is definitely planned to build a strong, sound and healthy body with emphasis on posture - grace - poise. A child who dances develops rythmic coordination - self-confidence and appreciation of music and culture.
The professional yet warm friendly atmosphere of Simone Dance School provides students in our region with the same level of educational experience available in metropolitan areas of the country. Children will be grateful to the parent who arranges for dance lessons.
Our teachers have earned their positions through years of study as well as academic and professional pursuits, and are eager to help the students reach their goals.
In 1966, Simone Dance Studio was established in a small storefront in Trenton, New Jersey by Miss Madge Simone Alessi. Over the years, Simone Dance has fostered the development of dancers throughout Central New Jersey. Miss Simone inspired a second generation dance instructor & choreographer–her daughter–Dena Simone Frascella, the current director of both studios.

Simone Dance has grown to more than 300 dancers and is proud of its outstanding and award-winning competition team of 50 dancers. During its first 50 years, Simone Dance has turned out several noteworthy professional dancers who have appeared on professional and collegiate dance teams, in Las Vegas, Disney Resorts in the US and Japan, as well as Broadway. Many are still performing to this day and all of them remember where they got their start.
